A classic grill in every Japan household, this is usually put on a gas stove to bake toast, rice cakes, fish, vegetables etc. It is convenient to use, doesn't take as long as the oven and will make the toast crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. 

If you are baking meat dishes, it is recommended to put a piece of tin paper on it, because if the grease drips down, the baking net will stain and turn black easily.

The heat transfer of the baking mesh is very fast. It is enough to use medium and small fire in the whole process.

• The ceramic body may be discolored or deformed although it’s still safe to use.
• Do not leave during use to avoid fire and scald.
• Avoiding frequent wash will increase its longevity. Do not soak for a long time to avoid rust or falling off of ceramics.
